The owners are charming and couldn't have been more helpful when we needed them. I would love to return with my family.”

“Very cosy furnished inside, not only the living room, but also all sleeping rooms: like cosy hotel-rooms; and even the modern equipped bathrooms. Joan and Gloria have taken care excellently for all details making your stay so pleasant. All very clean. The kitchen and the whole house provide everything you need including enough towels. A perfect and spacious place to relax and feel home and to visit all parts of Mallorca from there. There is a lovely cat. They will ask you to look after it (food provided), but you can leave it outside. If you don't like cats, Joan and Gloria will take it away to their home.”

“Best location ever”
“The appartement is wonderful. It is located directly on the sea, is very large and well equipped. The landlords are incredibly nice and with questions immediately there. The view from the terrace to the sea is already half the holiday. You can walk by feet to the cathedral of Palma. Very good restaurants and bars are in the near surrounding. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definetly come back.”

“Excellent location, close to all amenities”
“The proximity to the beach and local restuarants was excellent. The local supermarket and high street with banks, shops and buss connection to Palma was a 5-10 min walk. The Villa had everything you need to live comfortably during your stay, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge, not to mention the well equipped kitchen with a fantastic sea view. The hosts were available and went out of their way to cater for our every needs.. Would highly recommend this rental and I am certain it would not be a dissappointment.”

“Botana Woods home was perfect for our little family, and probably a bit bigger than we needed for 3 of us. Super close to the beach and awesome local restaurants, lovely and cool with all the windows open and with a great swimming pool as well. Great stay - we had a great time!”
