If you rent a car you can visit all the island, but if your plan is just enjoy the beutifull views of Palma bay, have some drinks in the terrace, go shopping to the city or jump into the sea, you don’t even need a car, you just need to come to Las Rocas Beach, take the bus or rent a bicycles.

Description

Las Rocas Beach home has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a library, and a kitchen with excellent views of the bay of Palma.

It also has a confortable terrace overlooking the sea and the city of Palma.

The street on the front terrace is pedestrian with a bike path that covers the entire bay of Palma.

The beach is just 5 meters from the house.

The house measures about 180 square meters and 60 meters of terraces.
